We had a spring go ka-bam last night. First thing this morning, we called Mojo and they had a team-member, Sholom, out here by 11am. He gave us a couple options to fix and we opted to remove both springs and he installed a torsion conversion kit that uses a wound up spring instead of the old static pulled springs that run along the upper guide rails. Sholom was very polite and got us fixed today. We appreciated it very much.
